Debate Day for Muskrat Falls

Well, today's the day. All eyes will be on the House of Assembly this afternoon as members debate Muskrat Falls. But as we've all heard, the deal is being introduced as a private members bill. And that mean the debate will only last a few hours before it's expected to pass by government. So what really is the point of the debate? To answer that question, we're joined by Lorraine Michael. She is the leader of the NDP.
