Delay in 9 Wing Updates

Gander Mayor Claude Elliott is losing patience. It's been years since the federal government promised millions of dollars to upgrade 9 Wing Gander. Since then there's been delay after delay in the funding. And so far - nobody's seen a red cent. Mayor Elliott spoke with David Newell.
