Residents Say No to an Addictions Treatment Centre in Northern Arm

Last night people in Northern Arm packed their firehall for a public meeting on a proposal for a privately-owned addictions treatment centre in their town. Most were opposed to the idea. Reporter David Zelcer spoke to several people as they left the meeting. First up, Ben Newman, who recently retired to the community:
