The Lewis family had a knack for making sauerkraut. They'd put up a bit for themselves and a few neighbours...but before long it seemed everybody wanted some. Last year they produced 100 thousand pounds of sauerkraut. Craig Lewis talks about the business he runs with his parents near Salisbury.
