Alward Fails to Deliver on EI

The Alward government took a beating in the legislature after Ottawa announced it will not make any changes to the EI reforms it announced in May. That was despite provincial PCs pre-emptively bragging that changes were on the way. The CBC's Jacques Poitras has the story.
