It's a new year and our guide to wines is back to continue our education. Jean-Sébastien Morin has taught us about many regions around the world and their specialty grapes and vintages. He's the wine category manager with the PEI Liquor Control Commission. Today JS is back with a taste of something suitable for a dark winter's night.
