Dal's Newest Rhodes Scholar

Paul Manning, a student in the Faculty of Agriculture, found out he won one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world when he was wearing a soaking cardboard airplane on a parade float. Now he's off to Oxford, and his family couldn't be prouder.
