UPEI Helps to Create Educational Centre In Chiloe, Chile

Educators from UPEI are teaming up with a group of aboriginal leaders in Chile to create a new educational centre. It's designed to help young people from remote small islands in an area called Chiloe. Island Morning is joined by Irene Novaczek, director of UPEI's Insitute of Island Studies, and Manuel Munoz, elder from Chiloe, to speak about the project.
