Women's Shelter - Jamie Thomas

The province's only women's shelter closed in the spring. Grandmother's House had eight beds available for women. More often than not those beds were filled. But it could not find a steady flow of money to keep the doors open and the one staff person employed. Fedrico Cahis talked with Jamie Thomas of the Native Council about what it would take to get the doors open again.
