Philippine Disaster Clean Up Counts On Canadian Expertise

Typhoon Bopha left more than 1000 people dead, and more than 120,000 families in need of shelter. Neil Bauman travelled to the Philippines to help arrange accommodation for those families. He's an emergency sheltering expert who serves with the Canadian Red Cross.
