Mayor Swearing-in Ceremony

The new mayor of the CBRM, Cecil Clarke, and his council members had an audience of close to a thousand people gathered at the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion in Sydney to witness their swearing-in ceremony. Reporter Yvonne LeBlanc-Smith filed this report. (runs 8:11 November 06, 2012)
