50-Year-Old Irving Pipeline Discovered Under West Side Street

The line was uncovered during installation of a sewer line as part of the Harbour Cleanup program. It was taken out of service in the 1970s, but not decommissioned to today's standards. Mary Keith speaks for JD Irving Ltd.
