Prisoner Transfer Roll Over Results In Suits Against Province

Two detainees suffered injuries after a sheriff's van they were in rolled on highway 11 in poor driving conditions. CBC has not yet received information about transfer policies, regarding seatbelts. Connell Smith has the story.
