Former Premier Graham Fined For Conflict Of Interest

Shawn Graham has been fined $3,500. Retired judge Patrick Ryan gave a detailed account of the inner workings of Graham's government, and how his cabinet ignored all warnings about a conflict of interest with Atcon. The CBC's Robert Jones has been studying the Ryan report.
