Operation Catnip - Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue

Many people are cat people but there comes a time when there are just too many cats, even for the most ardent feline fanatic. Over the last number of years Saint John, New Brunswick has had some problems with feral cats. That's why the city is trying to start up Operation Catnip. Later this month it will send 34 feral cats to the AVC to be spayed and neutered....as a trial run. Melody McElman is president of the Saint John SPCA animal rescue.
