Community Forests

If a tree grows in the forest, does the community know? Yes, thanks to a new plan in Nova Scotia where community groups will manage forests on crown lands. Charlie Parker is the Minister of Natural Resources for the province and tells us about the "Community Forests" initiative. (runs 5:26 December 11, 2012)
