Public Intervenor Resolves Irving Application For Rate Increase Privately

An application by Irving to increase prices by about $20 million a year was supposed to be heard by the public EUB last week, but the hearing was put off when Public Intervenor Rene Basque said he had settled the issue with Irving privately. Reporter Bob Jones has the story.
