    Change To Property Tax Good News For Owners, Not Province

    Premier David Alward's government introduced a bill to cut provincial property tax rates for a variety of business, rental, farm and cottage properties over the next four years. The cuts will cost the province $49 million a year in lost revenue. Reporter Bob Jones has the story.
