Break It Off - Amy Cook
The Canadian Cancer Society has started a new campaign aimed at young people to convince them to "call it quits" with the habit. It's called the "Break it Off" campaign. In a recent study, PEI reported the highest rate of smokers between the ages of 20 and 24 year olds... over 30 per cent of them smoke. Amy Cook is a UPEI nursing student and she's helping to promote the Break It Off program here on the Island. Amy also has a very personal reason for being involved.
