The Loss of a Daughter

It was a terrible accident that's torn a precious life from the graduating class at Kelvin High School. Julia Romanow died last week in that terrible crash on Wellington Crescent. Julia's school mates are finding ways to honour her. And her mother, Jacqueline Romanow, is setting up a scholarship in memory of her daughter. She spoke about it with Larry Updike on Up to Speed.
