Specific Gravity Inventor

For the last month, 6 of Manitoba's most promising entrepreneurs have been sharpening their pencils and perfecting their pitches. They were part of competition called The Venture Challenge. They made their pitches Thursday morning and later the winners were announced. Kelly Beaulieu of Portage finished in the top three. She's an already-established inventor and her newest business is PB&C Agri-Tech Solutions. Her patented invention is called The Specific Gravity Monitor. Some say it will revolutionize the vegetable processing industry. She spoke about it with Larry Updike on Up to Speed.
