Brandon Toddler Suffers Brain Damage

The parents of a two year old from Brandon say he suffered brain damage after a breathing tube became dislodged while he was being airlifted from Brandon to Winnipeg on a STARS air ambulance. Here is the interview with his Aunt, Bonnie Moar.
