Karen Davis returns Jubilee Medal

Karen Davis has worked very hard to make sure every child on every Manitoba first nation has access to books. She started the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program in 2009 and now they are in 25 Manitoba communities, including 14 on First nations. Karen was recognized for that hard work with a Diamond Jubilee medal this past year but she gave it back. Karen was born on Ebb and Flow first nation, but now lives in Dauphin.
