RCMP are investigating a grisly discovery: The remains of an animal that had been skinned - some form of canine - maybe a dog or a coyote, by the side of the highway near Steinbach. We spoke with the RCMP and Greg Mitchell/, the founder and director of Winnipeg Lost Dog Alert.
