Intensive English in grade 6 no longer mandatory
Quebec's education minister is putting a hold on the plan to implement intensive English in Grade 6 classes across the province. The PQ is not killing the program. The decision will be left up to individual schools. But schools won't be forced to offer intensive English in grade six. Bernard St-Laurent spoke with Marie Malavoy today.
