Bridging the Gap Between the Rich and Poor

Tomorrow, government representatives, business leaders and the very wealthy will gather in Davos Switzerland, for the 2013 World Economic Forum. The group will discuss the biggest problems facing the international economy. Among the issues on the table is the inequality between rich and poor, and how the gap is growing. Leading up to the Davos Forum, Oxfam has prepared a report detailing who holds the world's wealth and how it could be better used to alleviate poverty. Emma Seery is a senior policy analyst with Oxfam.
