More Illegal Dumping in Central NL
It is an age-old problem, but it seems to be getting worse. Mounds of garbage often pop up off hidden woods roads and in clearings. Lately, makeshift dumps have been discovered in Benton, Bishop's Falls and even Norris Arm. That's the site of the Central Newfoundland Waste Management facility.
