Wally Oppal says police failed in the report on the Missing Women Commission of Inquiry

The commissioner of the Missing Women Commission of Inquiry released his report today. And in it - Wally Oppal documented what he called "blatant failures" on the part of police -- which led to the disappearance and murders of many vulnerable women.
