Unusual court conditions placed on 22 year-old woman

A BC judge is taking some highly-restrictive conditions in the case of a young woman who's about to be released from jail. She's in jail for torturing and killing animals. CBC reporter Jason Proctor joins host Kathryn Gretsinger for more on this story.
