Marijuana legalization in U.S. reignites debate in Canada

Along with a win for Barack Obama, last night's U.S. election yielded a victory for supporters of legalized marijuana. Eugene Oscapella, a lawyer who teaches drug policy at the University of Ottawa, says the policy changes will affect the discourse here in Canada.
