Grand Forks to offer free wi-fi

It's one of the first communities in the southern interior to offer the free service. In fact, Grand Forks offers the largest free wi-fi coverage in B.C. Wendy McCulloch is behind the project. She's the president of the Grand Forks Rotary Club.
