Daybreak Kamloops Downtown parkade announcement Mar 7, 2014 | 1:48It's been years in the works.
And now the City of Kamloops finally has a plan to build a new parkade downtown.
The city is going to buy the property
of the former Kamloops Daily News on Seymour street.

The deal includes the old newspaper building AND the adjoining parking lot.
That current lot is large enough for 120 vehicles.
In the near future, the building may be demolished to create even more space.
