Alarm over ChemTrail scam goes sky high at Penticton city hall.

Phones at Penticton's City Hall have been ringing off the hook over a warning of unidentified planes spraying chemicals over the city. The alert is written on City of Penticton letterhead. Chuck Lowen is the acting city manager.
