Wine that doesn't need irrigation

Vine growers and wine makers want to develop plants that won't need irrigation. Liz Hostland drove to Oliver and to meet the founder of Culmina Estate Winery Don Triggs, his wine maker, Pascal Madevon (mah-de-VONE), and their dry vines.
