Cutting out bureaucratic bafflegab at city hall

A "plain language" policy is aimed at cracking down on technical words and acronyms that make most people's eyes glaze over. Alderman Druh Farrell is behind the policy. She spoke with Daybreak's Andrew Kurjata.
