Oilsands advocates happy with election, but Alberta should apologize to B.C.: professor

The election of the B.C. Liberals to government on Tuesday is the outcome wanted by oilsands advocates, says University of Calgary political science professor Barry Cooper. But not all is well in B.C.-Alberta relations.
