Ray Pillar- B.C. Provincial Budget

Tax increases for some. And tax credits for others. The provincial budget tabled yesterday is a balanced one, but it relies on selling plenty of government property and on a number of projections. Is this a document that can win the spring election for the Liberals? Ray Pillar is a retired political science professor from Thompson Rivers University. He joins Shelley in studio.
