Parking rate increase headed to city council

Get your loonies ready, parking in downtown Kamloops could be on its way up. It's only 50 cents per hour at meters right now, but a report headed to city council Tuesday says that's a little too cheap. David Duckworth wrote the report. He is the Director of Corporate Services and Community Safety for the city of Kamloops, and speaks with Daybreak host Shelley Joyce.
