Kamloops councillor seeks sustainability

Sustainability. It's become a go-to slogan for city planners and plenty of politicians. But what does it mean exactly ... and is "Sustainability" even possible? Kamloops city councillor Donovan Cavers spent a few days last week picking up ideas to answer those questions. He was in Windsor, Ontario at a conference dedicated to sustainability in Canada's towns and cities. We've reached Councillor Cavers on the line before he returns home.
