Life in Kamloops as a little person

Riley Windelar is a 23-year-old TRU student. He came to us-- with his story about life as a little person. Riley grew up in Horsefly BC. At four-foot-six he was the only "little person" in the town of a thousand. We took a walk down Victoria Street in Kamloops and Riley shared his story.
