Dr. Williamson- Kamloops Urgent Care Clinic

If you go to the North Shore Treatment Centre right now, you'll likely see a lineup of people hoping to see a doctor. We told you yesterday about that clinic and the Summit Medical walk-in clinic being swamped with patients. That's because the Kamloops Urgent Care Centre flooded and is now closed ... Meaning the 80 to 100 patients the centre saw daily need to go elsewhere. Dr. Dave Williamson is an Emergency Room physician in Kamloops and is also the President of the Urgent Care Medical Association, which oversees the closed clinic. For the latest, Shelley reached Dr. Williamson on the phone.
