Kamloops young athletes tearing ACLs too much
The Kamloops Youth Soccer Association is sounding the alarm. ACL injuries have become a big problem for young soccer players-especially girls. An urgent e-mail has gone out to the parents of kids playing rep soccer. They have been advised to sign up for extra training with a focus on ACL prevention. Dr. Ross Outterbridge is an Orthapedic Surgeon in Kamloops . He's part of the program designed to address the alarming number of ACL injuries.
