"The entire thing could have been done differently": report on tasered 11-year-old released
Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond is British Columbia's Representative for Children and Youth. She has written a scathing report on an 11-year-old boy who was tasered by RCMP in Prince George, finding he was consistently failed by the province's child welfare system. She spoke with Leisha Grebinski.
