NDP promises to get rid of controversial school exam

The provincial government says the foundation skills assessment test gives a snapshot how students in grades 4-7 are doing. But the opposition NDP gives the exam a failing grade. Leader Adrian Dix says if elected, his party will expel it. For his thoughts, Daybreak host Shelley Joyce speaks with Jason Karpuk. He is the president of the Kamloops Thompson Teachers' Federation.
