Most home owners in B.C. now have new power meters installed ... Smart Meters. But a small percentage are trying keep the meters off their property. From potentially dangerous radio waves, to theories of a cash grab ... Smart meter opponents say B.C. Hydro's plan is just plain stupid. Now, final installation of the meters has been delayed a full year. In Josh Pagé's basement suite, Josh and the Armchair Mayor, Mel Rothenburger, plug into the debate.
