Residents, businesses impressed with Bernard Avenue facelift

After more than three months, Kelowna's Bernard Avenue has finally reopened to traffic. It's the end of the first phase of a $14-million project to revitalize the city's main street. Daybreak's Adrian Nieoczym got the public's take on the new look.
