Talking to your kids about marijuana
As politicians and activists keep blowing smoke over whether it should be legal to enjoy marijuana, parents have to deal with their teenagers who may have already started smoking pot. So what should you do? Snoop through their drawers and yell? Or do you tell them to use a joint and not a bong, and remember not to hold the smoke in their lungs too long. Host Shelley Joyce went out and asked some teenagers why they smoke pot, and what their parents think about it. Then Shelley speaks with an author who helped write guide put out by the Centre of Addictions Research of B.C. that has a few ideas you may or may not agree with.
