Chef invents carrot bacon at CBC Food Bank Day
Daybreak challenged Delta Grand Okanagan chef Stuart Klassen to make a world class meal, Iron Chef-style, from the food found in a Kelowna Food Bank hamper. With little meat to work with, he invented some incredible carrot bacon!
