Supporters and past critics pleased with Kelowna council
Today marks the first anniversary of Kelowna's mayor and city council. They were sworn into office Dec 6, 2011. The public had big hopes for this crew, and Daybreak's Adrian Nieoczym has a 12-month check-in on their progress on being a progressive council.
