Pot activist upset with city's medical marijuana plans
Kamloops city council is proposing changes to where marijuana can legally be grown. There are many factors clouding the issue, but one person who is clear-headed about the topic is activist Carl Anderson. He helps people get access to the federal marijuana program. He has been legally producing medical marijuana for 10 years. Carl speaks with Daybreak's guest host Josh Pagé.
